Our commitment to the design review panel process led a design based facilitation on this project. Through early engagement with the design review panel, and high level support obtained, we were able to utilise that support through a short and effective assessment process, enabling our client to void delays, move to site, and market the project in an environment where the locality was over supplied with apartments, but not quality terraces as this project provides.
