I’ve had Pinnacle Planning assist with several complex town planning applications. I found their knowledge with planning legislation, planning schemes and local policies extensive and very useful.

We recently appointed Pinnacle Planning to manage the planning process including the Application and post lodgement tasks for an Apartment Project in Maylands. The project had a sense of urgency, due to the change in the R-Codes expected to come in at any time.
We appreciated the advice on lodgement strategy at the start of the process, which ended up having the Application go before the Development Assessment Panels in a set timeframe. The input on both design and technical planning elements meant that the Application was ultimately approved with little change to the initial design, and by going through the DAPs, we avoided a lengthy Council and SAT process, and ensured the approval was secured before the R-Code change.
