Interface with properties outside of redevelopment zones is challenging, and the design approach needs to be approached with sensitivities. There is also pragmatics around product mix. Through engagement with design review, the full suite of planning reporting, and engagement with Council planning staff, unfeasible and impractical aspects like a roof terrace, and over supply of one bedroom dwellings were successfully negotiated.
