Early and meaningful engagement underpins our pro-active approach to difficult and contentious projects. In this instance, understanding the consistent design, configuration and technical issues the Local Authority experienced with child care, we were able to work alongside the project Architect and Development Manager to coordinate a tailored approach, that satisfied planning, design and technical requirements, was not opposed by the community at large, and avoided lengthy Council Meeting approval processes, receiving a delegated approval in under 90 days.
