Pinnacle Planning was secured to assist with the implementation of a two stage 50 lot subdivision in Gosnells.
Upon appointment, it was necessary to lodge new Subdivision Applications for each stage, due to difficulties in servicing. This process brought challenges, requiring close dealings with the WAPC to secure an approval that our Client could implement.
We also assisted with securing Planning Approval for a range of grouped dwelling sites within the project area, working closely with the City of Gosnells staff to secure Planning approvals in a timely fashion, and avoiding the need to undertake any SAT reviews processes.
Our office was also required to assist with the resolution of a range of matters associated with the implementation of the subdivision, including access and reservations dedication processes.
