This project involved the re-submission of a planning application for a single dwelling with undercroft garage, as its initial planning approval had lapsed due to construction being delayed.
Our Office lodged a substantial application including detailed supporting information and a critical analysis of the Council’s position and policies, which had changed in the time since the project’s initial approval.
The re-submission was refused by Council due to new planning policies, and so an Application for Review in the SAT was sought. After preparing and lodging a detailed Application, our Office successfully achieved an approval through the SAT Mediation process in a single Mediation and Reconsideration.
