Pinnacle Planning was appointed by the landowner to review the plans for a proposed single dwelling, designed by a luxury custom builder.
The project included a number of site constraints, being a relatively small, subdivided corner site.
Through an initial review of the plans, our Office identified a number of R-Codes variation, and so began working with the landowner and builder to develop a design with less planning variations, which would be less contentious and more capable of approval by the Local Authority.
After lodging the Application with updated plans, our Office provided guidance and advice to the landowner during the public advertising period, and finally liaised with the Local Authority in order to swiftly secure a planning approval under delegation.
