Pinnacle Planning was initially engaged by the landowners to undertake an investigation into the subdivision potential of the site. Our office concluded that recent changes to state planning policy with regard to residential subdivision parameters allowed for the possibility of a greater lot yield than what would otherwise have been achieved.
Our office was therefore appointed to prepare a subdivision application for the site, which has now been lodged with the WAPC. The application is now awaiting comments from the Local Authority, and we are liaising closely with the WAPC in the lead up to their release, in order to secure an approval.
