Despite being a key corner site and entry point into Belmont along a major arterial road, this site has remained vacant and under-utilised for many years.
Pinnacle Planning have been appointed by the landowner to prepare and lodge a Development Assessment Panel Application for the proposed Office building and signage, contained in a landmark design suited to the high level of visibility of the site.
Our Office was involved in the design development stage, and took on a project management role in liaising with consultants in other disciplines, obtaining a Traffic Safety Report, Waste Management Report, and plan for an Internal Access Way.
Following pre-lodgement liaising between our Office and the Local Authority, the project has recently been lodged with the Development Assessment Panel and is currently awaiting scheduling.
