Pinnacle Planning was engaged to manage the planning application process for additions to a two-storey commercial building on the corner of Wray Avenue and Hampden Road, Fremantle. The proposal included the addition of a third storey, ground floor café, electronic signage and refurbishments to the building façade.
Our Office liaised closely with the architect during the design development stage, and appointed a private traffic consultant to prepare a Road Safety Assessment.
We were then involved in several design workshops coordinated by the Local Authority, and gave deputation at the meetings of the Design Advisory Committee and Development Assessment Panel.
