SAT Review – Kalamunda Road, Kalamunda

Pinnacle Planning was appointed by the landowners to lodge and manage an Application for Review in the SAT, regarding conditions received on a planning approval for six grouped dwellings. The condition effectively waived the Client’s right to appeal conditions on the future subdivision approval, the application for which had not yet been lodged.

Our Office provided a detailed Application for Review, and subsequently achieved the deletion of the unfavourable conditions from the planning approval through a single round of Mediation and Reconsideration.
