Pinnacle Planning was engaged to assist in the advocacy of a planning application for a mixed-use development, to be decided upon at a Development Assessment Panel (DAP) meeting. The project included the demolition of the existing office and construction of a two-storey mixed-use building, consisting of eight multiple dwellings and two shop tenancies.
Our Office’s extensive experience with the DAPs allowed us to provide valuable strategic advice regarding the direction of the deputations. We also provided an extensive amenity impact statement, and delivered a presentation at the meeting detailing the positive amenity impact of the project. Following deputations from our Office as well as others involved in the project, the development received planning approval at the DAP meeting.
