Pinnacle Planning has been engaged to manage the approval process of a proposed industrial warehouse in Maddington, for an existing light industrial business.
The site includes a number of constraints, including a Composite Residential/Light Industrial zoning which generates a number of additional requirements, and a portion of the site being reserved as Local Open Space.
Our Office liaised with the architect during the design development stage, as well as traffic and acoustics consultants. Pinnacle Planning navigated a range of complex planning issues involving a number of professionals, including obtaining legal advice and developing an approach to respond to a proposed planning scheme amendment in relation to local open space.
The application has now been lodged with the Local Authority and the Development Assessment Panel, and is awaiting a meeting date.
