At Pinnacle Planning, we are passionate about urban infill projects. Whilst delivering our Client’s to a significant project milestone through planning approval is great, it’s even better to see the project once it’s built. Before and after shots above taking this highly constrained, tiny site in West Leederville from a car yard to a high quality mixed use building.

We love this building, and the end result because the small nature of the site forces the building to address the street, providing pedestrian canopy cover, and a ground floor café. Some of these features are lacking in larger development sites, such as the one directly across the road from this one. We think this is a great development response, and one that is appropriate for the area, and look forward to seeing further opportunities for sites be redeveloped in the area.
